Book lovers

This is the group for those who love to read and to be introduced to new writers. We get together once a month on a Monday afternoon (generally the third Monday in the month) to discuss that month’s selection. The discussions can be quite stimulating and lead to broader topics. The reading list is selected from the titles put forward by the members in April so that people have the chance to pick up the books over the summer months. It is open to all members and their friends. Sign up is usually at the opening coffee morning, but one can join any time of the year by contacting Florence Insley at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Book Lover’s meets every third Tuesday of the month at 1 PM. We rotate amongst our club members to hostess each month. Books can be ordered/purchased through The American Bookstore in The Hague or Amazon.com. Check with other members of the club to see if there are copies already available. The local libraries are also a good source. Please don’t feel obligated to attend all meetings or that you finished reading the book to attend. Your presence is always welcome!
